📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.


🚚 Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on most items. For some products, free shipping is available for orders over $149 — this will be mentioned on the relevant product pages.


📦 Multiple Package Shipments

Sometimes, your order may arrive in separate packages. This usually happens if:

  • Items are shipped from different warehouses for faster delivery.

  • One or more items are temporarily on backorder.

This approach ensures you receive your products as quickly as possible.


📬 Estimated Delivery Times

We ship directly from our domestic and international warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 1 to 5 weeks

  • UK, Canada, Australia: 1 to 6 weeks

  • Rest of the World: 2 to 6 weeks

Please note that shipping time may vary based on destination, customs processing, and product availability.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your shipment. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update.


📭 P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. However, delivery may take longer than usual depending on the destination and mail system.


🕐 Possible Shipping Delays

  • Global events (e.g. COVID-19 or natural disasters)
